Travel & Distance Policy

As a fully mobile service, travel is carefully scheduled to ensure a smooth and relaxed experience.

Travel is included for the first 15km from the allocated therapist’s base location.

A travel fee of $2 per kilometer applies beyond this distance.

For extended travel locations, a minimum booking duration may apply and will be confirmed prior to booking.

Distances are calculated using Google Maps.

Extended-Distance Bookings

• Over 30km: minimum 90-minute booking

• Over 45km: subject to availability

• Travel fees contribute to fuel, vehicle wear, travel time, and setup

• Parking fees or tolls (if applicable) are added to your invoice

Travel fees are non-refundable once confirmed.

Refund Policy At Now & Zen Mobile Massage, all prepaid sessions and discounted bulk packages are non-refundable.

However, we understand that plans can change — so any unused sessions are fully transferable to another person (family member, friend, or colleague) at no extra cost. Prepaid sessions do not expire, giving you complete flexibility to book at a later date. Refunds will only be considered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, where a service has not been provided as described or is deemed unfit for purpose. Change of mind, change of schedule, or relocation does not qualify for a refund.

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge of the total booking fee.

• If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

• A “no-show” is defined as not being present at the designated address at the scheduled appointment time or being unreachable via contact information provided.

• If you arrive late to your appointment, we will still complete the session within the originally scheduled time frame.

• Full fees apply for shortened sessions due to late arrivals.

• We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling without penalty.
