Please note: Additional charges apply for travel over 15km (+$2/km), tolls and parking expenses. Prices start from $120/hr for Relaxation Massage/ $130/hr for Deep Tissue within 15km from Keperra , Brisbane

Refund Policy At Now & Zen Mobile Massage, all prepaid sessions and discounted bulk packages are non-refundable.
However, we understand that plans can change — so any unused sessions are fully transferable to another person (family member, friend, or colleague) at no extra cost. Prepaid sessions do not expire, giving you complete flexibility to book at a later date. Refunds will only be considered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, where a service has not been provided as described or is deemed unfit for purpose. Change of mind, change of schedule, or relocation does not qualify for a refund.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge of the total booking fee.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
A “no-show” is defined as not being present at the designated address at the scheduled appointment time or being unreachable via contact information provided.

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will still complete the session within the originally scheduled time frame.
Full fees apply for shortened sessions due to late arrivals.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling without penalty.
